Deep Divin with Nancz & Brenda
EP 16 | Are We Living in a Dream?
In Episode 16 of Deep Divin', we’re diving into the idea that the reality we live in is nothing more than a dream—a dream we create with our consciousness. Whether it’s a beautiful dream or a nightmare, the choice is ours. Brenda and Nancz explore how this perspective shifts everything, including the limits we place on ourselves and our ability to dream bigger.
Nancz opens up about a recent realization: she had never truly dreamed big before. Her dreams were always confined by the limits of her belief system. Together, they unpack how our limited beliefs prevent us from thinking on a grander scale and how, by expanding our mindset, our dreams expand with it.
This episode is all about stepping out of the small boxes we’ve built around our lives and choosing to dream bigger. It’s about staying in a state of excitement and possibility, letting go of the limits we place on ourselves, and allowing more flow and expansion into our lives.
Ready to dream bigger and break free from old beliefs? Tune in for this enlightening conversation!

EP 16 | Are we living in a Dream
Hey guys! Welcome to the Deep Dive In podcast with Nancy and Brenda. And we're back. I bet you guys miss that. Like people that don't like, if you're not listening to every episode consecutively, like in your mind, you probably like whenever you hear that, like, hey, we're back. You're like, oh, Nancy says her podcast. Yeah, that's what I meant. People are thinking, I miss it with editing. I'm like, wait. Man, what's up Halo? How are you feeling? I'm feeling really good. Yeah, honestly, it's been a crazy day. It's been a crazy day. Crazy couple days for both of us. In our own way. Yes. Yeah, yeah, a lot of things. Yeah. And. Okay. So, like, I tell you, like, whenever, like we're apart for, like, because I know you write it down whenever we're apart for like two days, it feels like it was years. Because I feel like so much happens. Yeah. In just one day. Mhm. And then when we're apart like a weekend and stuff like there's so many things. Yeah. And there's still things that like come up like oh I need to tell babe this. Yeah. Like oh shoot. Yeah I made us plans for the rest of the year. And I need to make sure to let her know. Yeah. Well, I mean, I think it's. Yeah, there is a lot. I mean, I don't know if that happens with other couples, but I know with us it does. Yeah. There's a lot that happens. There are a lot of conversations that I actually like that happen, or a lot of the things that I realize myself and a lot of epiphanies and all of these things. And I just feel like in the moment when it's happening, when I'm out of town and I'm with my family or whoever I'm with, like, um, or whoever I'm with. You just read you like. Yeah, like I like I think in that moment, like, oh, I need to tell her this. Oh, yeah. And then I forget the times and then like five weeks later I'm like, oh remember that? Yeah. But it's crazy. But I feel like it's a good thing. Like and I feel I feel excited to tell you like the interesting things that happened when I'm away and, and it gives us a, you know, like new conversation. Mhm. No. It's the same type of conversation we have all the time. Well then that's true. We're always talking about. Yeah we're always talking about like yeah off the washer I think people like I wonder people wonder what we talk about. Um maybe. But I feel people I feel like if somebody, if we would have the conversations that we have when we're just you and I. Mhm. In public or around like other people that, you know. Um, not necessarily that, you know where I don't know. No. Yeah. Anyway the type of conversation. Yeah. Like we're just off the wash, you know like different dimensions in the quantum field and like. We. No. How can I be a more lucid dreamer? Oh, yeah. Oh my God, that's the. The realization is do. They were off the wall. And you know at first I was. This is funny. At first I actually was thinking like oh like I want to talk about depression. Oh. Huh. Because he came up today. Okay. Right. All right. And now I'm like, oh man, I would rather focus on what we've learned today. Oh. And I guess it kind of correlates. Right. Kind of. Yeah. But like I, I really wanted to have I was coming into this, I was wanting to have a deep conversation about depression. Yeah. And if you ever went through depression, you know, I went I've gone I've gone through depression. Or at least I thought it was. Now I, I have a different perspective of depression. But like I coming into this, I told you, I'm like, oh, I literally just did. Yeah, I need to go bad. Yeah. And you know, something big happened for me today and I just want to ride that better. All right. Let's dive deeper. Wait, that doesn't sound right, but at any rate, it. Uh. That is not the right podcast. Um, sorry, we're at deep dive in. Okay. All right, so can I. Can I just say I'm gonna start with how my morning started? Yes. Let's go into it. Okay. Um, this weekend, um, I had to attend a family funeral. I'm kind of giving context here. Okay. And I so I went, I went to a family funeral, and, well, you know, it's obviously very sad. And there's a lot of emotions. Yeah, a lot of sadness, a lot of emotions. And, um, I feel like that kind of was the kind of like catalyst. Catalyst from how I've been feeling previously, maybe the last two weeks or three weeks or maybe more, maybe even since I started working. Mhm. Which was been it's been a month now. So. Yeah. So maybe ever since then. But I had been feeling like uh like stuck And I hate to use that word now, but I've been feeling like very, uh, kind of like, kind of down in a way. Mhm. Because it's really because it's because I, I don't know, like I was feeling down mostly because I felt myself getting into the same routine every day. Mhm. Because you know like you work a certain schedule and then after work you do certain things or things that you have to get done around the house and like blah blah blah. Right. And so my life was becoming very like the same shit every day, very routine. And it's literally what we've talked about, like in previous, uh, previous episodes on the podcast, like, oh, yeah, I've talked about it, you know. I was and I was feeling that way. And it's like, yeah, it's going to happen. Like sometimes you're going to fall into previous subconscious programming and like you just have to check yourself. Mhm. So this morning it's a holiday I guess. I don't know. Um, but but we didn't have to, so we didn't have to work. But we were kind of encouraged to work, that kind of thing. Right? Corporate America. So I since I was gone, since Friday, I took the day off. Friday, I felt like kind of guilty. Or even though I took the day off Friday I actually worked half day. Well, yeah, because I felt bad. Yeah. So dumb. That's another. That's another program. Yeah. That's another fucking guilt trip. You know, it's so crazy. So then this morning, I woke up and I'm like, I was battling with myself. I remember I was battling with myself like, I don't want to go to, like, I don't want to work because I felt I felt kind of drained. And it's funny because you asked me yesterday like, are you okay? Yeah. And at that moment I was because we were out doing something. That's true. But like when I actually had time to just settle and go back to regular life or normal schedule or whatever, I felt it. So this morning, I first of all, didn't want to get up for obvious reasons, but I started working. I did like start working right, and I started working and I was like, ah, like I just this feeling of like, uh, came to me and I just couldn't concentrate. And then I told myself, like, all right, Nancy and I walked away. That's when I walked away. Um, because also, I saw something happened at work while I was gone. It shouldn't have. And I was like, oh, like it irritated me even more. I guess you could say, oh. And so I walked away and I went into our room and that's when I, like, lay down and I'm like, oh, like I'm just feeling. And I started telling you, like, I was just feeling like I didn't want to work, but I felt like I had to. Oh, it was just this, like, draining feeling. And I'm pretty sure there's a lot of people that feel that way, because this is not the first time I felt that way. Now, you know, I'm pretty sure there's a lot of people that feel that way. If you feel that way, like keep listening. Yeah, but I was just like, oh, and then me and you had this conversation. You were amazing, by the way. Props to you. Mhm. Because you made me realize, like, it's okay to take time for myself and in the time where I just didn't want to say it, she did it. You guys, she was like, she had this whole conversation with me, right? We had back and forth communication and talking about it. And then she's like, you know what? I think I feel better now. And then she's like, yeah, like I'm good. Like I could go back to work. And what did I tell you? You're like, no, uh, that's not the right answer. I don't think you told me that exactly. But, like. Yeah, because I pretty much told you, like, I think it's just you trying to fool yourself. Yeah, and trying to say that you think you are better, but you're really not. And then it's like. Like I had to tell her, like, go and go spend the day for yourself. Because I know how you are. Yeah. And you would have just continued working if I took that like. And sometimes I do take that even though I know that there's like, you're not feeling good. I'm like, okay, well she said she's fine. Why do you think you do that? Because I feel it's not up to me to be like, are you sure? Like, because I know you're aware enough and you, you know, is the thing. But then I'm like, oh, like, today was the first time that I've done that. And the only reason I did it is because the development that I've done and read and like, yeah, where you are now. Yeah, I'm developing myself. I, I do read and like try to be better in our relationship as a partner. Like you read um, Specifically about relationships. Yeah, specifically for relationships and just how to improve as a partner overall. Yeah. For um, the relationship. Right. And so like one of the things that I have read is like when you feel your partner's feeling a certain type of way, you're down. It's like, even though you know that they're aware and stuff, if somebody has like, and, you know, you've said this before, like, you know, that you have people pleasing tendencies and I'm very well aware of that. I know that you're just going to want to go back to work. Yes. Even if you're not feeling okay. Yes. And you're just going to say that you're feeling okay just to like get past that moment. Yeah. Right. And so something that I wanted to begin doing was that what I did today was like, no, like just go do it. And like, no matter how many times it took, I was determined to get you out of the house. And, um, because I know that's your true place is outside of the house. Yeah. Somewhere out there in nature doing something over there. Right. And so. Yeah. So anyways, that's crazy because it's funny that you say, like, you know, that I was just gonna get like, get back to work and do that. And I was because that's my normal like. It. It pains me. This is how I felt at the moment. I don't anymore, which we'll get into, but it pains me like I feel guilty, right? For not like doing my job, quote unquote. I feel guilty one, I don't want to let anybody down and therefore like. Because in my mind, um, in my mind, I'm already like trying to come up with excuses of why I didn't work. If I'm asked like, oh, I bet you were gonna work. Um, in my mind, I'm already like, oh no, I didn't really feel like I'm already. Wow. Like trying to come up with the excuses because I don't want to let the person down. Yeah, he's just like, who the fuck cares? Like it's just a fucking job. Like, yeah. Even though it then then that's. And then there's controversy like, oh, it's just a fucking job. I know, but this is a job I'm doing, and this is a job that's paying me right now. And it's just like, no, but who the fuck care? Like, it's gonna be okay, you know? So it's a battle that I was having, um, in my mind at that moment, because everything was just so confusing and, like, I felt guilty. And all of these, like, emotions. Like negative emotions. Yes. Right. Or low vibration emotions. That low vibration emotions. You guys. Yeah. So you finally got me to get the fuck out of here. Yeah. You finally. It took a while. It did take me a while I, I, I did because I was still like dragging your feet. I was like, wow, this is the slowest she's ever moved in her life. Like I was moving like you. Yes. I normally move slowly, so that reminded me she's always moving fast and I'm just like, why is she still here? Like, you're my little turtle for she, like, she even came back into the house again after she had left, then to the garage because she forgot her wallet. I'm like, oh how convenient. Yeah, it's funny, I, I, um, saw a meme or a reel the other day that said, like, my ADHD cannot keep cannot, um, oh, can I keep up? Or can I continue to focus on somebody that's saying a story so slow and I'm like, oh my God, this is not me. Because sometimes I feel like I'm like, telling you to hurry up with my eyes. Yes you do. I'm like when I'm talking to you because, you know, I like to say long story. Yeah, yeah. And I'm like, I'm just gonna keep saying no long story ideas to hang in there. And I'm just like, come on. Like I should do, do let me get the fuck out. Um, so yeah. And so you left. I left, but but also. Huh? I'm like, um. And you're. I think you're the one that mentioned it. Like, you should just take your bike and go, right? Like, oh yeah, go somewhere and I hadn't, I, I got my bike since my birthday and I've been wanting my bike. I been wanting a bike forever. Yeah, I got a bike for my birthday. My birthday is in July. What are we. What's 2010? We're in October. For four months, it's been in the garage because I haven't gotten, like, I haven't gotten to it because of excuses. No, I there is no excuses. I just like I it just didn't happen. Yeah, but today was a perfect fucking day for it to happen. Like, I literally I literally like, went to this beautiful park here in Vegas. Yes. Vegas has parks. There. There's a lot of parks here. Whole like trees and the lake with the nature and geese. He's. Yeah. Or goose? Geese on a duck. The goose geese is multiple. Okay. Yes. So I went to this beautiful park, a park that we went to for a first date. Yes, that's a different story. And I went there and I realized how much I love this park today. Oh, my God, why don't I come? It's only 27 minutes away. Yeah, but I know for Vegas time. That's a long way. Yeah. So I went I, I got my bike down, I got on the bike and I just started riding and the path like the paths that they have there, you go through like the trees and like they have little bridges that go over the length. Oh yeah. Yeah. And I was just like, oh my God, there is some uphill ones. And I just, I couldn't fucking breathe. But but I made it. You made it but I made it and I'm like, wow I could do this. Yeah. First of all I'm like, oh, I could still ride a bike. Oh, that was actually one of my biggest hesitation. Oh, yes. I feel like one of my biggest hesitations was, um, not being able to ride a bike again, like, oh my gosh, no. Not knowing if you still remember or. Yeah, or just not having the balance maybe I don't know. Okay. But it was a great time. Yeah. And then I had taken like a picnic blanket my journal and I, I did a meditation first. It was like a five minute meditation because I still felt myself like thinking all of these things. And I still was thinking like, all right, I'm just gonna finish riding my bike and then like, go like, go back trying to rush back. Yes. And then I told you to get off Instagram. Yeah. Well, that was, I was I just replied to you because you were messaging me so. But yeah. So I was like chilling. And so I did a meditation and then I started listening after the meditation, I started listening to a podcast or like a live, uh, YouTube is where it gets juicier, guys. Oh my God, Aaron Lyons. Yeah, you guys don't know who she is. Look her up on YouTube. Uh, is she she's on another level. Yeah. So it'll take you. Just take you? Yeah. Just warning. Right? Or not warning. I don't know, um, just. It'll take you time to understand the language. She's using. The words. Yeah, yeah. Um, but once you do. Holy shit. Mind blown. Oh my God. So I started listening to her, and right from the beginning, she started talking about how we are living in this dream. Yeah. Some of the shit that I'm going to say is going to be off the wall. Bear with us. Like. But this, this is and I believe it is 100%, 100% true. We are living. We are living, bro. We are in a dream. Our conscious like this is a dream that we're living. Um, and basically she starts talking about how our thoughts are our consciousness. Yes. And you've listened to the podcast now? Yes. So you chime in if you want to, um, when I have a moment. Yes. So when she's talking about, um, on how we live in a, how we live, um, how our life right now is a dream. First of all, I want to say, you know how I told you that I was reading the CIA document about consciousness? Yes. Okay, that document says this, that we're living in a dream, that we that we are consciousness and that everything we see is just something that is made up by that consciousness. Oh, wow. Which is a dream. You just dream. Yeah. That's what a dream is. Yeah. And, um. And so. Yeah, it's a CIA document, babe. Um, a research that they did in 1983 or 1963, one of those years, and they were talking about how meditation, Kundalini, uh, yoga and how sound frequencies impact the brain. And the scientist, the researcher pretty much was like, we have found the consciousness is actually what creates what you think a brain is. Wow. So they're like, what people don't realize is that they can very easily tap into and become one with the energy of the earth, the energy of everything that is around them, basically like the general concept of spirituality. Yes. And yeah. Yes. Wow. It talked about all of that and they didn't release it until 2021. What? Yeah. And this is on their website. This is on the CIA. If you guys are afraid this article will post it on the. Yeah, I'll put on a description or something, but go go on. So talk about how Aaron Lyons talks about lucid dreaming and how we are in a dream world. Yes. Well, I'm so I'm not gonna be able to, you know, say it the way obviously she says it or whatever, but basically she's talking about how we live in a dream world and she's talking about how we're basically here creating our dreams. I mean, creating this world because it's our dream. Like, whatever we want to create, like it is or it's already is. Yeah, we have the ability. We have the ability and the accessibility to create whatever dream we want to live. Yes. Just like when we're sleeping. Right? So imagine yourself sleeping in, recall when you have dreams and you just literally go from like scene to scene. You just like it just flows right into the next scene. Yeah. And that's exactly how what we call our reality now is. We can literally, like with the snap of a finger, be like, well, this is not what I want to be. And now let me go on to the next, let me change my yes. And therefore you have the ability to make a decision to change your life in every, in every second. In the blink of an eye. Yes. Yeah. And your life can automatically be different, whether it be moving from states, whether it be ending a relationship, whatever it is like, you obviously have to bring yourself to it. So one of the questions that she started with was what's triggering you right now? Oh, yes. And then that question made that answer for me. Was my job okay? Because I've battled with the whole concept of of a job. In what way? Um, just because it's like a societal thing. Um, right. So having a 9 to 5 has always been something I've struggled with, even though it's always been something I've done. But I've done it because, again, it's kind of like subconsciously ingrained in me. Like, that's just like, that's what you do, right? That's how you're successful. Yeah. If you have a good job, you're successful. And that's what subconsciously has been ingrained in me. And it's like, well, that's not the case right now. I know that's not the case. Yeah, but there's still that programming, that subconscious programming of like, oh, yo, you have a good job and you have benefits and blah, blah, blah. Like, oh that's amazing. And and not to knock anybody that is enjoying you know, their job like that is one of the things she said. If you enjoy what you do, you are living your dream. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Because there's amazing careers and actually enjoy doing. Yes. And she talks about how, um. You know, if you're if you. If you are. So this whole job triggering me. Right. Um. You can it's it's basically anything that's triggering you is like a nightmare. Yes. And you're like, in this nightmare of, like, um, like all of this shit that's happening that you're, like, in fear. You feel like you're in scarcity, like you have all of these negative emotions. You're jealous, you're judgmental, you're all of these things that it causes you to feel and the and how you stay in that vibration. Mhm. And you and that's how you live your life. Mhm. You're living your life in a nightmare. Yes. And you are able to you have the ability to change that, change your way of thinking or seeing it. You have the ability to change it from it being a nightmare to understanding and believing that anything is possible. Yep. And I love, I love, I love. The perspectives that we each bring to this conversation, because you're bringing the logical side to it for people to understand it in that way. And the one thing that I want to touch on that she also said in regards to what Nance just said, it's a that sometimes you find yourself in these lower feeling vibrations, understand that there is an energy attached to that. The reason why you stay stuck in those lower vibrational energies is because it's think of it as like a spirit. It's an energy that is trying to keep you there, and you're feeding it by staying there. And the moment that you're like, no, I want to change my dream and move on to the next scene, you obviously start to think more positive. You start to think differently than what you are currently thinking. And as far as the lower negative, negative, uh, thoughts. Right. And that energy knows that. And it's like, oh no, no, no, I need to keep you here. Right. And it's gonna work overtime to keep you there. And so if you are aware of that and you know that then you have to go in like overtime. Overtime. Yeah. To be like no you're not keeping me here. Like no like I believe that anything is possible. Yeah. And whatever thoughts you're wanting me to think negatively, I don't want to. Exactly. You could change that. You can. And have the power to change that right away in that moment. And one of the things she says is how do you change it? You change it through the way you feel and the way you feel is you have to get into that feeling of excitement, of anything can happen in the next minute or whatever. Yeah. What did she say? Anything could happen today. Oh, anything can happen today. And excite yourself as you say it, because that gets you in a higher vibrational state of being. Yeah. Which attracts all of the thoughts that are in that energy field. So the higher vibrational thoughts are joy, peace, love. Like those types of feelings and thoughts are the high vibration ones and the ones that are lower like sadness, anxiety, depression. What else? Anger? Anger. Yeah, those are low vibration ones. Yeah, yeah. And I understand that it's very difficult when you consider yourself being in a state of depression to get to excitement. I understand that it could be very difficult for somebody to do that, but where she talks about and just because you brought up depression. Yeah. And she and we could do something else later. But I mean, just because you brought it up. She says depression is, um, a person that is no longer loving the life or the dream that they're in. Yeah, and I, I am it's crazy because I always felt like that. Um, I always felt like, well, if I feel depressed, it's just because I'm not liking my life right now is the way I said it, right? I've always thought I've felt the same way about it. Yeah, yeah. So when she said that, it was kind of like, reaffirming, like, um, the way that I believed it to be. But it was very interesting to me because it was a different perspective, like the whole the whole perspective of being of, of living in a dream or that we are in a dream essentially. Um, obviously shifts things for me. Yeah, significantly. Yeah. Just because I truly believe that, like I felt when I heard her say that, I was like, huh? Yeah. Like. Like it. Like if the I, the if like the idea or something was downloaded into my brain and my mind and my heart like, oh my God, like I remembered. Yes. Like in that moment, like I remembered that we are here, that I'm here, we are here in a dream. And I was like, oh my God, we are here in a dream. And like any situation that I'm in or any way that I'm feeling like it's gonna be all based on how I'm feeling. Yeah. So this morning I went from feeling confused, overwhelmed, sad, and all of these things. For some reason or another, I ended up listening to her podcast where she was talking about being living in a dream, and then that totally shifted my perspective, my mind, my dream. Like, it totally, literally shifted my dream. It did. From the overwhelm, the the all of those emotions that I was feeling this morning to now seeing things in a different light. For example, she talks about like work, you know. Yeah, there's a lot of other things that I would want to do outside of just working a 9 to 5 things that are more creative or spend more time, like recording podcasts and finding new ideas or being more being more on the creative side of things. Right? But there's also bills that need to be paid, right? So she talks about how, like, you could do both or you could do whatever you want to do. Yeah. You just have to believe that you can. But you also have to feel you have to be an awareness of the how you feel about the thing. Yeah. Like, for example, if I truly just don't enjoy doing my job, then I have to be aware of that and get another job. Yeah, because I could change that into something that's more in the creative, you know, field or something. So. So, like, you know, like I could so it's it's it's those things, like we limit ourselves. I realize how much we limit ourselves. Yeah. Like we limit ourselves and our mind. Like one of the things that I was sharing with you is share that because I think that's a common it's a, it's a, it's a thing in our culture. Yeah. Where they tell us to dream big, but we can only dream as big as our beliefs allow. Exactly. Yes. So one of the so when I was driving back home and I had listened, had this epiphany and life changing moment, um, I was thinking like, well, I saw a plane, I was driving home and I saw a plane, and obviously we live in Vegas. So on my drive home from the park, like I saw, I pass through the strip and all of the buildings, you know, and all of the things, and then you start like I started thinking like, fuck yeah, I want to, you know, fly. Like I want to be on a jet. Like you see private jets coming into. Yeah, in and out of Vegas every day. All day. I'm like, I want a fucking jet. I want to fly on the jet around the world. I want to fucking. Be stay at a penthouse or something. And just be that my normal life. Like I want to be in a restaurant. Yeah, I want I want to pay my mom's house off like I want to. All of these, like, help my family. Like, financially. I want us to be okay. I want us to travel together. I want to experience the world with my family. Yes. And I and and I this is crazy because I never I have never in my life dreamt that big. And I was because when because when my family and I like we always have conversations about like, oh, you know, like one day or these things, right? But I've never dreamt that big. We always were like, well, as long as we have, you know, like to go on a like two trips, maybe a year. Yeah. You know, or as long as we have, like, like first class seats, you know, like always so fucking limited. And I was thinking to myself, I'm like, oh my God. Like, I never dreamt that big. And I don't know, like if anybody has experienced this or like regularly does dream that big. And if you do, props to you like you're in the right, like you're in the right path. I'm just saying, like I know that we limit ourselves and our culture and like we don't want to ask for too much, right? And that's one of the things like, oh, you should be happy with what you have. Yes, that's let me say that again. Yeah. This is what we grow up fucking thinking and what is instilled in us. You should be happy with what you have. Might drop. And it's not even just a cultural thing. It's also a religious thing. So it's a double whammy if the person is in religion. Right. Because so so there's so yeah, like there is and I think you know what this might go past our culture. Like I think several other cultures also experience in my and it's like we were talking about our vision boards and it's like, oh yeah, how are we going to create a vision board if our thinking and our belief system is that we're okay with just getting first class flights? Yeah. And there's nothing wrong. Like if that's your dream, like there's nothing wrong with it I dream bigger. Yeah, like like there is no limit. That's not the point is not to put a limit on on your whatever you want to dream. Right. Like it's not like, oh, you're just dreaming this or whatever. And like, no, I'm what I'm trying to get across is that or what I received today is that there is no limits. There is no limit. You can create anything you fucking want, anything that you feel is going to bring you the joy that you want. You have to understand that in order for you to create this dream, you have to believe it. And you have to already be in that vibration of joy because you can't be sad and want to enjoy a joyous dream and attract that joy is dream if you're always fucking complaining. Yeah. So. But yeah, like one of the things that we were talking about was like our vision. And I started when I realized how I never dreamt that big. I started thinking about my vision board because I did a vision board this year. It's right behind me. Let God let me take it off the wall, take that shit down. So I literally just ripped it off the wall because I still had it, like on the wall behind me. And I want to just read some of the things, or I want to just share with you guys as a visual, like, yeah, I know everybody's listening. You'll take a picture and put it. No, but anyway, I, I put like, you know, I have um, I wanted to try like breathwork sessions for myself, which I think I did, I don't know, riding a bike as a hobby. Things like learning to play the guitar and making new friends were some of the things that I put on here. How fucking ridiculous is that? Oh, no. Oh! Let me ride a bike for a hobby. Cause that's on my vision board. Like what? My dream, like I want to be in life is just that. Riding a bike. Like, what the fuck? And then I put, like, places I will go, right? I put Mexico City, which I did, um, that's pretty much it. But I put like, Oaxaca is great New York and I wanted to go see Abraham Hicks. Mhm. And like I'm like wow I limited myself to five fucking places you know year in the whole year. Like that's why shit doesn't come true. Cause this year at the beginning of the year. Okay, I just said oh I want to go to five places. Like, if, if only I could write. If only I could. Because I don't even believe. I don't even think that I believed I could go to all these places this year. Yeah. That's why I thought your vision for. Cause you hoped they'd come true. This is a good one. Oh my God. You know, like, honestly. Like it's so dumb. It's not dumb. I understand, like, at that time, this is the best that I. Yeah, that's that's the best that I had. The best that I had was riding a bike as a hobby and like, okay, so the point at the end of the day is how much I realize I limit my dreaming because for whatever reason, whether it be, you know, our the way we are, limited beliefs, you know, whatever. But today I, I say it was just life changing because I feel I feel different, I feel you different. Yeah, yeah. And I'm just like like oh you know, and it's it's interesting. It's it's funny though, because you can also get caught up on that excitement and it's like going, going all the way up and being excited. And then like tomorrow I have to wake up and go to work. Um, are you still going to be excited though? Exactly. But that's the thing. Yeah, exactly. That's what I was getting at is like keeping that excitement exuberant. But are you kidding me? Are you going to stay at that vibration? Well, one of the things that, um, Aaron Aaron, um, uh, gave as a as, like something you can do, right to help you get into this mode. Like, so have my notes. Yeah, well, she said, um, for 21 days. Uhhuh. For 21 days. Get up in the morning, get when you wake up in the morning and you do your whatever. But one of the first things that you should do when you're waking up in the morning is get yourself excited. Yeah, you get yourself excited, and you're just like, anything can happen today. Anything new, anything new can happen today. Yes, you could literally fucking get a $50,000, whatever it is like. Yeah, anything could happen today. Yes. Literally. So for the next 21 days, because I'm gonna just pass this on to anybody who's listening. Yeah. Um, again, Erin Lyons is her name, and, like, she's the one that I'm referencing. Um, you guys need to check her out. But for the next 21 days, wake up and get yourself excited. And there's something else she said to to to do you have that written down. She said. She said, put yourself in a state of excitement. Anything new can happen today and ask your guides. Yes, she said, ask your guides. And that's actually something we talked about today. Yes, ask for the shit. Yeah. You guys. When we think about like, you know, everybody, okay, if you're in religion or you grow up in religion or even in life like Jesus Christ or you pray. Mhm. Um, and you ask for what you want. Well, you have spirit guides like you have your ancestors and you have spirit guides that are with you that are they're your guardian angels. Yeah. Whatever. You believe in angels, the Lord, you know, they believe Saint Martin de la perra. Or what does it mean? Like people believe in their guides. They just don't know that they can ask their guides for stuff like you could ask your guides what you want. Mhm. You could ask your guides for like show me like even if you're, you're struggling and making a decision for example, and you're making it, you're struggling and making a decision of like whether you should take this job or whether you should focus on doing something else. And again, you could do both if both are going to bring you like if you like doing both, you could do both. But you can ask your guides for help making that decision. And you ask it like show me or like help me feel or help me show. Like show me. Give me a clue or not a clue, but like, um, like when you ask your guides or your guardian angels or ancestors for guidance or for them to come in and just give you what it is that you want and that you're asking for. Um, you have to remember that in the moments, like Nancy said, when you're trying to make a decision or like, is this the right way that I should go or whatever the case is? Um, you can ask them, let me feel in my body what a yes feels like and like, just wait and then ask them again, can you give me a stronger impulse? And then you can ask them again until you feel reassured of what a yes or no feels like, and your life will change. Yeah. When you start to do that. Yeah. But yeah. To like, end this. I know that a lot of us haven't been really taught that we can ask no for the things that I think we talked about it in another episode. I don't know if we went into depth, but I feel like I kind of feel like we touched on it when we were talking about praying, maybe. Um, but but yeah, like you're not alone in this dream. Yeah. The business that you want, you have to know that it's possible the idea that you had, the idea that you have that you really feel like strongly about, that you want to follow. You have to believe that it's possible. And that's how dreams come true. Believing. Believing. Boom. Once again, guys, thank you for listening.
