EP 39 | Nancz Goes Off on Envisioning Her Dream Life (Like, All the Way Off)
Ever wake up and just know it’s gonna be one of those days? Yeah—same. Nancz woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but instead of spiraling, she tapped into her power and did a meditation that transported her to a whole other world. Suddenly, she was envisioning the dream life she’s been calling in—vivid, emotional, real.
In this episode, we talk about the magic of envisioning your dream life—like actually feeling it as if it’s already yours. Because the secret sauce? It’s not just about seeing the life you want—it’s about feeling the gratitude for it before it arrives.
We also dive into why following your heart can feel so hard, especially when the voices around you are louder than your inner truth. But your heart always knows. And the more you listen, the more aligned your life becomes.
Whether you're just getting started or deep in the work, this episode will inspire you to dream bigger, feel deeper, and start activating the life you were meant to live.

EP 39 | Nancz Goes Off on How She Practices Envisioning Her Dream Life (copy)
Hey guys! Welcome to the Deep Dive In podcast with Nancy and Brenda. And we are back, baby. What's up? Oh my God. Oh my God. I can't. You and the girls. What? Oh. What's up? My guy? That's so funny how they say it now too. Yeah. Hey, everyone. Thank you so much for tuning in. I do want to, like, just take a second and, like, thank everybody again. Like, obviously we do this for for fun. Yeah I think, but also it's like our own, um, therapy sessions, at least for me. Yeah. It's been my own therapy sessions or. But. Yeah. Like thank you so much. If you guys are listening in. If you guys, um, follow us on Instagram. And we appreciate the support. We obviously our goal is to try to build this up and, and, um, bring different perspectives to people. You know, from the beginning. Like our intention with doing this podcast was always to maybe help people see things differently than how we were programmed to see things. Um, if they want to. Yeah, they in their own free will, you know. Um, so I do appreciate you guys, uh, listening in and listening to downloading the episode that helps us. Um, if you guys are able to give a review on our podcast, we would really appreciate it. We definitely want to build this up. Um, um, our goal is to obviously, you know, someday just have so many people listen to it, I don't know. Yeah, but that companies pay us. Yeah. So we can bring you guys more, like, good stuff, you know? Yeah. And, um. Yeah. And and speaking of that, that actually, like, what I wanted to talk about, like, I feel I feel the conversations we've had and like, the conversations that we always have is always, you know, talking about like, um, um, our social programming and like, and I guess this is going to go hand in hand. But one of the things that came up for me this morning in my meditation. Uh, I am. I am the creator of my own life. Um, I walked into, well, in my meditation. I walked into this bright light and seen myself and envisioning myself in the life that I want to live. Yeah. And in a way, already living. Mhm. You know. Yeah. Um, which is crazy in a way. Like, if you think about it, it's kind of crazy. It's not completely fully developed. Yeah. But it's getting there. Right. You know, and one of the things that came to me is like, oh, we'll just keep doing what makes you feel good. Just keep doing what you were called here to do. I saw a, um, a video. I don't know what it was, but I saw a video this morning and it was basically, oh, wait, we've already seen this. My whole TikTok this morning was a message like to myself, all of the like, I don't know how I got into that TikTok space and the algorithm needed knew what I needed to hear or whatnot, but it was crazy. One of the TikToks I, I, I came up for me was a girl talking about how your past self or your future self leaves crumbs for you. Mhm. Basically like if you have an idea for example, or you know, synchronicities that happen in your life that you're like, wait, what? That's a coincidence. Like what the hell? She was talking about how your future self, um, leaves crumbs for you in that way for you to see. Like, this is what you're you're here for and and here to experience. Yeah. So. I feel like the conversation. The conversation that came up for me this morning was that, you know, I felt very like lit up. And I didn't feel that way when I woke up. Yeah. And I was in my mind when I woke up. Yeah. So I was like, I don't want to. I don't want to stay in my mind. I want to. I, I, I knew I needed to switch it. Yeah. Because I knew I woke up in my mind and I woke up with all of the negativity. Right. Like all of the bad stuff or whatever, and focusing on that. And I'm like, no, I don't want to stay in this. So I did a meditation and I did like a 45 minute meditation. And in the meditation, like I, I was seeing and envisioning the future. Me. Yeah. And I was getting into the space of the realization of I am the creator of my life with God. I am God creating this life experience. Right? And I think we don't like I know this is probably going to go through people's head. Um, but I just wanted to dive deep into that because I feel like it's a conversation to be had, like, um, again, like in religion, our religious beliefs in, in our society, They. It's always been like, oh, well, you look up to God and then, you know, let God do his thing, right? And I believe that there is obviously that higher source power, but it's the higher it's your higher self. Yeah, I agree because on this topic of we create, you create your own life. That's literally what you did this morning because you woke up with those negative thoughts and like in my mind, things in your mind. Right. And when people hear like you create your own life, what Nancy is explaining is that's exactly what it is, is we wake up sometimes with these thoughts and like the things that are going on in our life, but then it's like, what are we choosing to do to change that? So in your in your case, you're like, no, I know I need to get out of my mind. Yeah. Most people stay in their mind all day, every day of their life with the simple fact that you decided to be like, you know, I need to change this. Let me go meditate. Right. That was you taking control of your life and choosing what to create and what to focus on, and what to pour your attention and energy onto. And that's kind of what we mean when we say, like we create our own life. Right? And that's a that. That is like just how you were saying, like, sometimes we we pray to and leave it in the hands of God and be like, yeah, take care of it. Yeah. Because that's excuse me. That's what that's what I feel. That's what we were taught to do. You go, you're having a bad day. Like just pray. Yeah. Or whatever. Right. Like but then yeah, but then it's like, okay. But then I prayed. Yeah. And then what? Right. Yeah. You're still staying in the same shit, but I just it was just crazy to me because my whole, my whole like feeling and vibration, my frequency, it all shifted just by doing that meditation and by focusing and staying quiet and focusing on my vision. Yeah, envisioning. And obviously the meditation that I did was a guided meditation. So it was with Michael Beckwith, and he was talking about like, you're connected to, you know, your higher being, like, God is you. Yeah. You're here creator, you are a creator of your life. We're here to create the experience that we want to experience in this world, and we create whatever we want to create. We could essentially shift our lives in a moment, instant, like in an instant. Yeah. And shift our reality as it as quick as we want to. Yeah. By doing the different things that we want to do. So like. But what I mean by that is like what I feel it is, is like, like this morning that I was in my mind. And that's actually the like the most recent examples. But what I like, even if even when it comes to like if you want to be healthier. Yeah, right. If you want to lose weight or whatever. You make the decision like, oh, I want to see myself in that way. I want to see myself fit. I want to see myself healthy. I want to go run a marathon. I want to do that. Right. Whatever you want to physically do. And then right there. And then shift your reality to going to work out. Yes. Going for a walk. Going for a run. Going for whatever you want to do. And stick to that. Yes. I agree. And it's and that in a way is like our own boundaries. You know, it's like learning to to establish that for ourselves. But I think, um, people forget that there is such a huge power in the envisioning that you're talking about. Yeah. And seeing yourself as that person already, there's like, there's people that do workshops on envisioning. But yeah, all it is, it's like a whole thing. Yeah, it's a thing, but it really is. Guys like feeling in that feeling as if you already are that you have that right. And I'm, I mean, can you expand on that a little bit? Maybe for people that don't know about that. Yeah. So like for example, this morning when I was doing my meditation, you obviously sit there, you know, in a, in a state of meditation, you close your eyes, you you take deep breaths and you get yourself into just a state of being. You try to be, you try to silence your mind. But if there is thoughts coming up like, oh, I need to go do this, I need to do that. You acknowledge the thoughts and you just let them go, right? You acknowledge the thoughts, you let them go, and you continue on this meditation. The more you sit and you try to sit there silently and acknowledge the thoughts and let them go. The more that that stopped coming. Mhm. And so when you do that you're able to start envisioning. For me I started envisioning what my life like the life I want to live. Right. And the life I want to live is a free like being able to move freely in this world. Yeah. And be of service to others and help others getting out of, you know, whether be, uh, stagnant, you know, their stagnant life or whether, like helping others realign with who they really are. Yeah. And so when you started, I started envisioning like, what does that consist of? Right. Then you start envisioning like, well, how do you want to help others? So I know for me is right now. Social media. So social platforms are obviously our new worlds. Yeah. You know. So. In my like. I'm. I envision myself like, you know, with this podcast, you know, going bigger with this podcast. And I was so having like my YouTube channel and going bigger with the reaching more people with my YouTube channel. Right. And living off of that revenue. Yeah, right. And then you just living off of that revenue and being able to travel, meet new people in that way and basically just continue to spread these different perspectives. Yeah. Of how you could live your life. And it doesn't have to be the way, you know, we were always told, you live your life however you want to. Yeah, you can. And I'm not trying to make people live their life a certain way. My my whole goal is to to help people understand that you could live your life however you want to. Right. So in that envisioning, I envision myself doing all of these things, right? So I envision myself traveling. I envision myself talking to new people. I envision myself, um, having a YouTube channel with a whatever huge number of subscribers. Yeah. Viewership. I envision, you know, our bank accounts being full, right? Or having everything that we need. Yeah. But at the same time, being grateful for everything that we already have. Yeah. Because at this point in time, we already have everything we need to get there. Yeah. You know. Yeah. We have our phone, which we record with. We have all of the equipment to record stuff. Yeah. So all of the things are already lining up for us to get there. And at this point, it's just a matter of continuing to doing the work. Mhm. So the the more you envision what you want your life to be and you take the steps to do to the life that you want to have, you obviously start creating the life that you. They want to live. Yeah. So many of us have been, like, knocked down for staying in that state of mind of. Oh, yeah. They call people daydreaming. Like. Yeah. Like daydreaming. Dude. Believe me, in my. Believe me, my my soul, my programming is still there. Yeah. You know, sometimes I think, uh, like, sometimes I could hear, you know, voices in my head. Mostly my family. Like, what the fuck are you doing? Like, yeah, go get a job. Like go work. And that's the only way to live. Yeah. And then, and I mean, it sounds it it to me, it sounds funny now. Yeah, but that's the way that we know to live. Yeah. Like, just go have a job. Go get a job. Like, stop being lazy. Yes. Right. Um, if I tell people like, oh, my pet, like, right now, my passion is just creating. Yeah. Creating videos, creating, like posting on TikTok, whatever. And, you know, if people don't understand that, like, people would be like, people are just like, what? Well, that's what like like I, I think I mentioned it when we were. Yeah. You did when we were in, um, we were at your friend's birthday party. Yeah. So we were there and we were having these conversations of like, oh, what do you do? Or whatever. And I kind of felt hesitant to even say anything because at that, at that moment, I had quit. Being in the financial services. And I was just like, you know what? Like, I just want to create stuff and I just want to I have a lot to say. Yeah. And I just want to say all the things I have to say. Yeah. And so when, when I was sharing that, sharing just what I did right now, like, oh, I want to have, you know, multiple YouTube channels and create revenue from it and travel and have that cover all of our expenses. It was it was like, okay. But, you know, it's so crazy, like, let's just say we were to say like, oh, I'm a YouTube creator, right? Yeah. Like they I don't know why people think less of it or something. Like if people were to say that, you know. Yeah. Um, but yeah, once people see the evidence of it. Yeah, yeah. Then they completely think differently. And I'm like, what the heck? Yeah, I was just gonna say that. I was gonna say, like, if the if instead of saying like, oh, um, you know, I want to have YouTube channels and like, I want to, right? Instead of saying that, it's more so like, well, I'm a YouTube creator. That's the money that, you know. Yeah, that's the money that I have that I get. If that's what you if that's what you need to approve me. Yeah. Then that's that's what it is. Yeah. But anyway, like, it's just so funny because it's like it's just a different concept, but. In my envisioning. I know that there. This is the thing. There's so many people already living this life. Mhm. There's so many people already living a life of just creating social media content. And that's their revenue. That's their that's the actual income that they are able to. And they, they learned the game. Yeah. Like they learned just to get people's attention how to get people's attention. To have people watch their videos and all of these things. And that's how they make money. Yeah. So I'm like, why not me? And why not do it with sharing? What I want to what you love. Exactly. Exactly. And it's something that I'm passionate about. Yeah. So you envision these things and I'm just like, oh. But like I was saying, like, don't get me wrong. My social programming is still there. Yeah. I still sometimes are like, fuck, I just, I guess I could maybe get a part time job to make those voices go away. You know, to make those voices like me better. I don't know. But it's so real. Like it's so real. Like it's embedded so deep into our souls. I guess there are subconscious that I'm just that you still think about the traditional way of living this life is, you know, having a job or a career, and that's the only way to do it. Yeah. And, um, it's not. No, it's not like they're like, you know how I told you the book that I was reading where I was talking about how humanity's going to evolve? Yeah. Into, um, where people are going to kind of change the 9 to 5, and it's already changed. It's already changed. But where people are going to realize like, hey, this 9 to 5 thing is not working out for me. I think I'm gonna get a part time and have more time to do what lights me up. Yeah, passion is and more people are going to shift to. That is what the book was saying. And I already can see that happening. Yeah, it's already happening, especially with AI. Yeah. Like AI is like AI is already helping us evolve to get there. Yeah. And like a lot of people have different, different feelings about. I, I truly feel that AI is a tool that came here to free us from the social programming. Yeah, because we could use AI to create a different life as well. Yeah, I like if you ask, I like if you're passionate about something, for example, you could go on there and ask I like. I'm passionate about this. What are the beginning stages or what do I need to do as my first step to start building a career or whatever? And it'll tell you exactly what you need to do. Yeah. Anything. Yeah. And it would create a fucking shopping list for you, depending on the, you know, dishes you want to make for the week. Like anything that you want to get some insight in or insight on. Like it could help you with. Yeah. So I truly feel like we're already there. It's like in the beginning stages. There's just there's just a big battle because powers to be, I feel, want to keep us in modern day slavery. Yeah. To five realm. Yes. And some people are. Don't. Some people don't see beyond that. Yeah. Some will stay there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Which is fine. You know, like that each person. Yeah. Because it's hard. It's obviously hard. It's it's hard to. Like I said, I still have those I like. I still have those thoughts that come into my mind of like, you need to get a job. You're you're worthless without one. Yeah. Like, those thoughts are still there. Yeah. So I can understand, like, it's very hard for one to get out of that. But I'm here to tell you that you can. Yes, you can, because it's your life. And you get to create whatever you want out of your life, through your life. You do like you could create. Like for example, if you wake up one day and you're like, you know what, I don't want to fucking go to work. Yeah, I just want to go to the park and have a picnic. Yeah, you could do that. Yes. You could just be like. I mean, if you want to call off for the day. Yeah, you could call off for the day, go to the park and fucking whatever, or go to the beach or whatever you want to do that's creating your life. Yes, but then people don't call off. No. Like that's a whole other thing. You know, like. But. Yes. Yeah. Like you have the choice to create your own life. Just take the day off and go to the beach or the park, if that's what you feel like doing. Yeah. You know, for me, I always. I always felt this way. I was never, I was never, ever since I could remember, I should say. And I'm talking about, like, junior high, maybe when I was, like, kind of more conscious about things and how the world worked. Yeah. I never like I never understood it. I remember when I was in junior high and like, we, I was in class and I'm like, why am I learning this? Why am I learning Don Quixote right now. You know Don Quixote. Yeah. Like, why am I here learning this? And I remember, I remember. I remember thinking that. Yeah. Like in the classes that I was in, um, or even, like, thinking of that. Thinking of, like the teachers, for example. Yeah. And and some teachers were miserable. Yeah. And I remember my teachers based on their miserably. Oh, wow. That's fucking weird. Like, I remember their energy was, like, off. And I was just crazy because I, I would pay attention to those things. Wow. I had to say that our the oldest. Uh, Mads. Yeah. She thinks the same thing already. Oh. We were we went around the block the other day. Yeah. And she was riding her bike in front of me, and then, um, we were talking about school. And she's like, I don't know why we go to school, mom. And I was like, what do you mean? And then she's like, we don't learn anything there. And I was like, you don't. I was like, so what do they teach you? She's like, well, they just tell us to, like, remember things. She's like, oh, but. Like I don't learn anything. I'm like, oh, you're right. Like, you know, I was kind of going along with her because I know. And I'm like, do they teach you any life things? And then she's like. Like what? And then I was like, you know, like, you know how you're learning about taxes when you buy stuff. I'm like, do they teach you about that? And then she's like, no, they do teach us about math and how to add it. But they never taught us taxes. So I was like, you see, I'm like, school doesn't teach you the things you need to learn in this life. I was like, you added on to them. Yeah. So is it true what you're saying? Yes. It's true. Yeah. I had no desire. Like I some of my friends that I had in junior high, high school. Some of them were like really into their academic. Yeah, I was into my academics. Oh my God. And I was just like, I felt like there was something wrong with me. Oh, because I'm like, well, why can't I be passionate about math? Like they are like, I'm in Algebra one and they're in geometry. I don't know what the fuck. Yeah. You know, like I'm like, what the fuck? Yeah. And I really thought this, like, in high school too, like, um, I, I never cared about anything that was being taught. Mhm. The only thing I ever cared about was my history teacher, Miss Martinez. Um. And I think it was in 10th grade. She was really good. Yeah, what she did. So she made it intriguing, you know. And I think that's the only that's the only teacher that I remember that made it interesting for me because she would have us, like, uh, do projects where we would contact, like, the companies to get us, you know, to try to make things about their products, the history of their product or whatever. And that was kind of interesting. Yeah. Like, interesting to me. But anyway, yeah, that's like a whole other. But yeah, I always felt that way though. Like, I always felt like I didn't understand, like I had this feeling of, um, like there's something wrong with the way people want us to live, you know? And unfortunately, like, I didn't really dive into it until now. Mhm. Like or I not that I didn't dive into it but I didn't, I didn't let myself get to this place of understanding that I create my own life. My whole life it was just like I knew that there was another way. Yeah. And sometimes I could tell by like, um, the post I would put on Facebook from like 14, 15 years ago. I'm like, wow. I've always had this different type of thinking, but I never acted on it because I didn't know how. Like I didn't know where to start. I didn't know what it meant. Right. And I didn't really know that there was another way to, like, be. Yeah. Or exist. Yeah. And in my experience, it's crazy because, like, in in what you're talking about, how I see it is, you know, like growing up, at least for us, we didn't have the environment to be able to dig deeper into these things. Yeah. No. Right. Because the people that were taking care of us or watching over us and stuff, parents, siblings, whoever it may be, they didn't know how to create that environment where we could grow into that. Yeah. Right. Because now, like, at least for you and I. Right. For the girls, it's like, if they were to come tell us these things, we would actually hear them out. Yeah. And, like, try to expand their thinking and see if they want to go deeper into that. Yeah. Right. And so I sometimes I think that I mean, I know that the reason why we don't go deeper into the things at that moment is because it just was laid out like that from the beginning. Right. What do you mean? As in, like we had to go through that. Oh, like in life? Yeah. Like I had to go through whatever I had to go through and have the experience to get to get to being 30. Eight. Was it when I had the, um, when we first had the I, uh, psilocybin? Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So. Yeah. Yeah. You're right. Yeah. I had to go through all of those things to have that experience to understand because. Because I feel like it's knowing again. It's knowing what you don't want in life and realizing like, oh, I don't want this. Yeah. So I have to search something else. What I mean by that is like, I don't want a job. I don't want somebody to fucking tell me what to do. I don't want to clock in. I don't want any of that shit. Right? I, I don't want that. Right. So let me go figure something else out. Yeah, and guess what? It's already been figured out. Yeah. You just have to go do it. Keep doing it. Yeah, there's already people doing it. There's already people that have laid out the foundation. And if there isn't anybody doing it now you have I to add, like have you an idea on how to start doing it? Exactly. There's really no excuses for you to not go out and do what you really want to do. Yeah. And you know what? For a long time, I didn't know what I wanted to do. Yeah. And I think that's why I also didn't know what to do. Um, because I always asked my question like, well, what do I want to become? What do I want to become? I asked myself that question a million times before I got here, and it's like, what do I want to become? But being somebody to just like, talk wasn't something that came to mind. Yeah. And I'm like, well. And and even seeing other people doing it like, you know, you have Lewis House, the jetties. All they do is talk. Yeah. They get hired and paid to. Yeah. All they do is talk and or have conversations with someone. Yeah, that's literally what they do. Right. And I'm like. And until it's like it clicked and I'm like, oh, I can actually like do what I want to do. Yeah. And talk about the different things that are in my mind and eventually, you know, get paid. Yeah. Yeah. So it wasn't like but that that's the thing like you even that for example, because when I asked myself like, what do I like, what do I want to do? I felt like I had to do something tangible, like I had to do something. You know, that was like, evidenced like. Yeah, you know, like go plant some. Like, physically like do something or, you know, create something or whatever. Right. I felt like I had to do something like that. Like actually, like labor or something. Yeah. And we don't. But now I know, like, in the, in the world that we're living in. You're your own personality and what you have to say is the sum. Yes. That's what you were born with. Yeah. So you come share with the world. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's gonna pay you. Yes. The magic you have. And when I say I love to say magic because there's so many people that don't believe in magic. And I'm like, you are a magical being. Yeah. And itself, you know, and, um, and that little fire that has been placed inside of us is the igniter of what it is that we need to be out here in this world doing. Yeah. Um, the question I like to ask myself, like, like because for me asking myself, um, who do I want to become? It kind of would overwhelm me. Yeah. Because it's so broad. Right? And so I would ask myself, like, who do you want to help? Who do you want to serve? And, um, that kind of helped me, like, niche down on what I really wanted to do. Yeah. You know, and. Yeah. And that's, that's really what I, I ask myself pretty often, like, who do you want to continue to serve? Who do you want to. Help in this world. Because when you ask, at least for me, when I ask myself that question, what it causes for me is it begins to create a solution for that. And that's what people need, you know, solutions. And I'm saying all this to say that, remember that you have that little fire inside of your heart that is like waiting to be lit up. Yeah. Like that's one of the things going back to like, what I was saying that I heard this morning was like, you were left this bread. The reason why some there was a thought that came into your mind, or an idea that came into your mind that you really like, it's always there. Like the, the whole podcasting. I had to say like had this like for years, years before, like, oh, I want to create a podcast, I want to create a podcast. And it was there. Right? But it's never like I didn't act to it, act on it until I acted on it. Right. But it was years after that idea or that came to me. And it's like we all have like this, this intuition or this like idea or something that we're really passionate about. And, you know, sometimes we just don't follow it. Like, yeah, I didn't follow it because I'm like, no, I have to work. And like, I have the time and like all of these things. Yeah, right. And it never happened because I it was always something else. Yes. And it's like, it's crazy to me because it's like it was it's been a while. It's been a long time. Like even the YouTube channel, I have a YouTube video from like 2018 that I did that I posted on YouTube. Yeah. Where I was talking directly like into the camera, like on YouTube. And I had that idea then, but I didn't continue to do like I didn't continue to do the videos because I had to go and make money. Yeah. And although the programming that you're talking about. Yeah, right. It stops you. Yeah, Tracks. Yeah. And then when I shared with people like, oh, I want to make YouTube videos. Yeah. Like what? Like, what are you talking about? And I let that get to me. Yeah. So I'm here to tell you. Don't tell anybody what the fuck you're doing. Yeah. Just do it. Just do it. Don't let them know. Just let them see what? When it comes out. Like. Yeah. Because I made the mistake of, like, saying something. And then it got to me, and then I didn't. I left it there. Yeah. Um. Who knows? Like, it would have been big by now, you know. Um, but everything at his own time, right? And everything at his own time, I guess. So it's like, um. Yeah. Yeah. Because even if it would have blown up at that time, you probably wouldn't have been ready. Yeah. I wasn't ready. Yeah. I wasn't ready. So everything at its own time? Yeah. Right. The whys. Why is this? But I'm telling you, it's, uh. It's honestly, uh. I don't know. It's a different feeling of like kind of relief at the same time of like, you know, um, I know things are not happening like right at this moment, but I know they're going to happen, um, you know, like the that because you continue to do the work, um, you continue to, to envision it and you continue to record, you continue to, um, share what you feel, um, you need to share. And like today, for example, I felt like I needed to share this. Yeah. And I felt like we needed to have that conversation of, like, spreading that message of like, there isn't a wrong or right way to live your life and there isn't anything that you have to do or whatever. Yeah. There isn't. You just have to follow your heart. Yeah. And you have to follow your joy and you have to follow what lights you up. And I know that's a cliche because every, you know. You hear that? Yeah. Follow your heart. Follow your heart. But it's as easy as that. Yeah. Like it really is. It's as easy as following your heart and and listening to yourself. Yeah. Because I feel that's the one thing that we, we kind of don't do is we don't listen to ourselves when we know what we want to do. Yeah. And we continue to do what we've been programmed to do. And yeah, we fail to listen to our heart. A lot of times. Because of our upbringing and. Right. We think. We think literally think that our mind, um, is more makes more sense and that it's more logical than what the heart feels. But there is a reason why we have this heart. Yeah. And not just to keep us alive, obviously physically, but the heart in our body is the biggest energy center. And it is, um, it extends out from your body, like the energy of your heart extends out from your body, at least a good, like, three inches or so, something like that. Um, but which means that people can feel your heart energy way before they come closer to you. Yeah. And so remember that you're like, our hearts are such powerful things. And if we learn, like you said, to, to follow it, our life then is where you begin to see how you set the synchronicities, which is the coincidences that people say like, wow, what a coincidence that so-and-so reached out to me, or like, nowhere. Yeah, yeah, right. And you'll begin to experience a lot more of those moments when you begin to follow that heart, feeling so out of the mind and into the heart. Yeah. Boom! Yeah. Mic drop. Go out there and create your lives, guys. Once again, guys, thank you for listening. If you gain something or feel inclined to share this episode, please do so.
